Andrew's first pajama party

Andrew's dear friend Caleb is moving to North Carolina in the end of April. His mom had a pajama party for the boys last night. They "camped out" in a tent, ate hot dogs, and watched a movie in their sleeping bags. The moms came at 8:00 to get them. I think they had a great time. Dan and I also had a great time with Anna. It is absolutely amazing how easy one child is, and how good she is when there is no one there to compete with. Those of you with only one child. Embrace that time, it is precious, and gone way too fast!

Andrew and I are going to see Beauty and the Beast on stage today. I hear it is wonderful!
Also, Andrew learned to pump himself on the swing last Saturday. A proud day at our house!!!

This is for you, Gigi

This is what Anna wore today, and not only did she look cute, she knew it. She was full of herself, and she told everyone Gigi made her outfit!

I LOVE THE FENCE

If I haven't mentioned it before, I LOVE THE FENCE. I just put the kids outside, and I can get so much done. The only problem is them coming inside to ask me to push them on the swing! I substituted in Andrew's class today. I had a good time, but Andrew wanted me to hold him! Yesterday I spent the whole day setting up the online banking. I know, I am a little behind the times, but I just found out the bank will input all your entries into Quicken. What a time saver!!! Wednesday I got all the cabinets pulls install in the whole house. And yes, the builder did not do it, don't ask! Tuesday was MOPS and my Heart to Home group. That is a mentoring program at our church , and those sweet ladies pamper us! I even learned how to make salsa, and it is easy and good! Monday the new GM started at the radio station. Praise the Lord! Hopefully, I can retire (or at least do it part-time). I couldn't have survived the past couple of months without Rachel, Kim, and Mom. So, it has been a busy week. We have started baseball, and Andrew loves it! Much more than soccer! Hopefully, this weekend can be restful and relaxing. We are all exhausted!

On another note, my dad's brother is auctioning off his house and land of around 50 years. I wish I could be there with them. I know it must be hard to do.

I will try to update better than I have been. I think I am ready for summer!!!

MOPS

At our MOPS meeting on Tuesday, we had an "Oprah's Favorite Things" Party. It was lots of fun and I got really great ideas. My Sunday School from my old church did this once. I wanted to post a picture of my precious MOPS friends. Also, Elizabeth and I were talking about the blogging, and I told her one of the main reasons I am doing it is because it will help me when I go back to do my scrapbook, I will already have the pictures and journal-ing, that way it will be SO much easier!!! I have decided I will probably only do digital scrapbooking from now on because it is so much easier and faster!!!

Mistake

I decided to change the layout of the blog, and that was a huge mistake! It took off the counter and the blogs I check! Eventually I will try to fix all of this!!! Be warned, if you change the layout, you lose a lot of your stuff!

Easter Egg Hunt at church

Here are pictures from the Easter Egg hunt at church last Saturday. This past week we went to Chattanooga for Spring Break, and had a great time. I will write more about that later. We do not have any pictures from our trip or Easter today as my camera has been MIA since last Saturday! Luckily I found it today!
