Uncle Matt and family

We went to Jackson to spend the weekend with Dan's family. Andrew loves Uncle Matt. Uncle Matt plays great!

4th of July

For the 4th of July, they have a children's parade here. It is too cute, and some very elaborate floats (boats, golf carts, etc). Andrew and Anna made it on the news, but we never did get to see it. We had a great time.

That evening, we meet friends at the church gym. We played, ate, shot fireworks, and watched them!!! It pays to be friends with the minister!

Vacation Bible School

VBS was a couple of weeks ago. Game Day Central. We are still singing the songs! We were quite the minority in our Miss State stuff, but proud none-the-less! At least we didn't look like everyone else!

BASEBALL

Here is the end of the year party for baseball. We had a wonderful team and coach. Andrew loved it, and was really good! Soccer starts in the fall. We will see how that goes!

Cindy's house

I know I have been gone forever, so I will try to do some catching up!!!

Father's Day weekend...I was planning on going to my sister's Cindy house that next week, so I asked Dan if he wanted us to leave after we went to church with him on Father's Day. His response, if you want to do something nice for me, you all will leave on Saturday! So, the kids and I went to spend Father's day with my dad instead. We went to church and then Cracker Barrell, then on to Cindy's. Everyone had a great time!!!

Idea for Father's Day gifts. If your Dads are like ours, they are very hard to shop for. This year I made them their favorite desserts, and my mother-in-law told me that was the best gift I could have given Dan's dad!
